BeeLine Advanced Order Entry is designed for rapid order entry, shortening the time taken to complete a sales call and improving the professionalism of sales staff.
Multiple methods to find stock items are available; from entering the exact part number through to searching on snippets of the products description. Order history can be easily traced for “that item I purchased six months ago”. Plus the previous nine prices the customer paid are shown putting the salesperson in a strong and professional negotiating position. New customers paying by cash, cheque, COD, debit or credit cards can be set up immediately by the telesales operators - with BeeOnLine post code recognition available to speed up processes.
Customer details are easily accessible in real-time
Real-time integration with Sage Line 100 coupled with BeeLine Advanced Order Entry intuitive user interface means all information kept on customers is within one system - prices, sales history, credit terms, and payment history are all within easy reach. This allows operators to take charge of calls and handle all inquiries personally and professionally.
Reduces administration
Integrating in real time with Sage Line 100 means there is no double inputting of address or order information. Credit applications can be requested automatically (with the client’s details automatically copied into the sales ledger if approved thereby reducing mistakes and input time). Telesales operators can set-up “cash” (ie credit card, COD) customers immediately.
Trading terms and discount matrices for customers are set up in the sales ledger and automatically apply in the Advanced Order Entry module, with warning boxes and “holds” when limits are being exceeded. If BeeLine Advanced CRM or Contact Manager is being used prospects can be copied into Advanced Order Entry when they become customers.
Flexible payment methods
BeeLine Advanced Order Entry allows flexible methods for customers to pay - on credit (if a sales ledger account is set up), credit card, switch, COD, cash. Credit customers can even pay by credit card if they wish, with the sale being posted against their sales ledger account (as paid). BeeOnLine Credit & Debit card processing is available to speed up the sales call while providing payment security.
