     Beeline Contact Manager

Business is about effectively managing relationships. BeeLine Contact Manager is a cut-down or lite version of our BeeLine Core CRM (Contact Relationship Management) system, giving you the tools to create more successful relationships with Customers, Suppliers and general business contacts.

This includes developing sales through existing customers and converting prospects, while the real-time integration with Sage Line 100 reduces administration costs and improves data accessibility.

Real-time integration with Sage Line 100 coupled with BeeLine Contact Manager’s intuitive user interface means all information kept on customers, suppliers and prospects is within one system. Reduces administration costs
Integrating in real time with Sage Line 100 means there is no double inputting of address or order information. Credit applications can be dealt with automatically or “cash” customers immediately created and sold to via BeeLine Telesales. Costs are further reduced by all information being in one place and easily accessible. No more multiple e-mails to all stakeholders or trying to track down key players to find out the details of their last communication with the contact.

Never forget a customer or prospect
Call lists are generated automatically based on either a pre-set call cycle (phone every Monday at 2pm, or every month on a Tuesday at 9am) or a manually generated call-back (was in a meeting or blocked by receptionist - try again tomorrow). All contacts who haven’t been called within a set period can even be easily filtered.

BeeLine Contact Manager will allow you to import and process more “cold” databases, build up key information on the prospects while all the time developing the relationship until they are converted into customers.

Easy installation
No data migration is required if you are already using Sage Line 100. The contact information already held in the sales and purchase ledger will automatically populate the CRM module. A separate record is also created for each address stored in Sage Line 100’s Sales Order Processing module, which will then allow you to enter additional contact details such as telephone numbers, and people relating to that address.
