The BeeLine CRM Contract & Repeat Billing system is a sub module which is included in the Service Manager but is sold separately where only the automated contract or repeat billing functions are required.  This is the ideal tool for automating regular daily, weekly, monthly or annual billings.

Hold next Invoice. If you have problem with a site or are negotiating a new contract or agreement, a hold can be put on any billing until a conclusion has been agreed.

Repeat billing. Long term hires or annual contracts that are phased (e.g. quarterly or monthly payments) are automatically invoiced.

View Billing History. On a site by site or contract by contract basis view the Invoices previously generated and drill down to the details of the invoice.


Contract period management. You may have a contract for say, three years but wish to bill every two months.

Phased Contract Billing. Phased contract invoices are automatically generated and the next invoice date automatically calculated.

Contract excess billing. Where a contract is running for say two years but more equipment is added, an excess invoice can be generated to include the new equipment and include additional charges in future  billings.

Unit billing. i.e. unit usage, hours usage, copy count or click count tracking and subsequent billing can generate call lists to establish     statistics for billing purposes.

Automatic register creation. Support contracts can be automatically created for items sold in the SOP module.

Profitability reporting. Standard reports show the support utilised by customer or by equipment and its profitability.

* Flexible report writer. Allows for the tailoring of standard reports and the creation of custom reports. ODBC compliant so can be used with Excel, MS Query, Crystal Reports etc.
