BeeLine MOTO (Mail Order & Telephone Order) system provides Telesales and Mail Order teams with all the client contact information, sales history and real-time pricing required to make profitable sales.

The built in Promotions Matrix is designed to make up-selling easy, and by using the minimum Margin & Markup Matrix it makes negotiating easier whilst ensuring acceptable margins are achieved

Customers are the life blood of any business, so it is essential that regular contact is maintained with them, and their purchases are managed efficiently, easily and accurately.  With the BeeLine MOTO module, orders are input with a minimum of keystrokes and previous orders are accessible in an instant. Real-time integration with Sage Line 100 reduces administration and improves data accessibility and forces data integrity.

Sales calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently
BeeLine MOTO is designed for rapid order entry, shortening the time taken to complete a sales call and improving the professionalism of sales staff.  Multiple methods to find stock items are available; from entering the exact part number through to searching on snippets of the products description.  Order history can be easily traced for “that item I purchased six months ago”. Plus the previous nine prices the customer paid are shown putting the salesperson in a strong and professional negotiating position.

New customers paying by cash or credit card can be set up immediately by the telesales operators - with post code recognition available to speed up the
process.

Customer details are easily accessible in real-time
Real-time integration with Sage Line 100 coupled with BeeLine Telesales intuitive user interface means all information kept on customers is within one system - prices, sales history, credit terms, and payment history are all within easy reach. This allows operators to take charge of calls and handle all inquiries personally and professionally.

Reduces administration
Integrating in real time with Sage Line 100 means there is no double inputting of address or order information. Credit applications can be requested automatically (with the client’s details automatically copied into the sales ledger if approved thereby reducing mistakes and input time). Telesales operators can set-up “cash” (ie credit card, COD) customers immediately.

Trading terms and discount matrices for customers are set up in the sales ledger and automatically apply in the Telesales module, with warning boxes and “holds” when limits are being exceeded. 

If BeeLine Contact Manager is being used prospects can be copied into Telesales when they become customers.

Flexible payment methods
BeeLine Telesales allows flexible methods for customers to pay - on credit (if a sales ledger account is set up), credit card, switch, COD, cash. Credit customers can even pay by credit card if they wish, with the sale being posted against their sales ledger account (as paid).  Online or batch credit card processing is available to speed up the sales call while providing payment security. Manual processing via a PDQ machine is also available.

Never forget a customer
Call lists are generated automatically based on either a pre-set call cycle (phone every Monday at 2pm, or every month on a Tuesday at 9am) or a manually generated call-back (was in a meeting, or blocked by receptionist - try again tomorrow).

Manage call staff
BeeLine MOTO allows managers to produce detailed reports on operators call activity and sales analysis.

Marketing activities are made easy
Easily forgotten tasks such as prompting promotional specials or putting in a new brochure the first time a customer orders after its release are prompted. Plus when used in conjunction with BeeLine Core CRM, promotional campaigns can be based on user profiles (eg location, customer type) and/or on sales history. Find your customers who haven’t purchased a product or range of products for a while, or who have purchased one product but not a related product (eg purchased toner cartridges but not A4 paper).

Make live facility. With one click copy items from the sales history screen to the live order screen (with the latest prices automatically   inserted).

Multi-word search. Helps new telesales operators find stock items by searching for any words in the products description.


Drill down to sales ledger. One step drill-down to the customer’s sales ledger account to find historical transactions/payments or reprint invoices.

Analysis codes. Multiple user defined analysis codes (eg analyse where customers heard of you).

Account ownership. Allocate customers to telesales workers for sales and commission analysis reporting.

Promotions. Prompts telesales operators to cross-sell promotions within a set period.

Automated despatch management. Reduces carriage costs by adding catalogues and promotional material/gifts to delivery notes a pre-set number of times (eg add a catalogue to customers orders the first time they order during March).
