BeeLine CRM software has been around for a long time now. It has an award winning, proven, track record in the field of Contract Management , Service Management and Help Desk Software.

Over the many years we have provided Service Management solutions for very well known and successful SME businesses, as well as PLC's, and key international players.

One of BeeLine's USPs (Unique Selling Points) was its ability to integrate in Real Time with your chosen Accounting System. Historically this has been Sage Line 100.

Our other key USP was the ability to cost effectively customise the functionality of the software to suite specific businesses requirements.

Things have been very quiet for the last couple of years, The challenges facing software developers are massive. In reality nothing moves fast in the world of software. Behind the scenes we have been very diligent, calculating and hard working, focusing on the design and researching the best technologies to use for todays service companies needs.

Using our experiences, both good and bad, plus learning from our clients over the years, we believe we have designed the ultimate in Service Management software for very small businesses to large International operations and franchises.

We have been using our 20 years of knowledge serving the service industry with our integrated software solutions and have now come up with an amazing breakthrough in Service Management Software. This software fully integrates with eCommerce, Customer Self Service, Web Sites, Mobile Technologies and your back office systems such as the Accounting System, Stock Management, CRM, Microsoft Office, Business Objects (Crystal Reports) and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.

Much of our designs and technologies used in the new software remain unpublished due the the nature of the software industry. Call us paranoid but we cannot divulge exactly what we are doing.

One thing is for sure, ALL of our existing Licensed BeeLine users will have the choice to upgrade to our new BeeLine Service Management Software from 2009.

Many of our clients had the system customised. All functionality from existing licensed users will be entitled to have their functionality incorporated in to the software.

Real-time integration with Sage Line 100 coupled with BeeLine Service Manager’s intuitive user interface means all information kept on customers, their contracts, equipment, previous calls and jobs, sales transactions and payments is within one system. Operators can take charge of calls and handle all enquiries personally and professionally and be in full knowledge of all dealings with the customer.

Reduces administration costs
Integrating in real time with Sage Line 100 means there is no double inputting of address or order information. Support registers can be automatically created when items requiring maintenance are sold in Sage Line 100. Customers put on credit hold by the accounts department are automatically flagged when they try to log a support call.
Costs are further reduced by all information being in one place and easily accessible. No more multiple e-mails to all stakeholders or trying to track down key players to find out the details of their last communication with the contact.

Never forget a call
The renewal of a contract depends on your performance now. Service Manager graphically counts down calls to when the response time will be exceeded, allowing you to choose the calls which must be resolved first.

Never forget preventative maintenance jobs
The amount paid for some service contracts is dependent on a certain number of services being performed each year. Renewal is based on that maintenance being performed satisfactorily and timely.
