Have you ever considered what would be possible if you had the opportunity to develop a new accounting and business software system using the latest .Net technologies. Modular Functionality

Firstly they looked at the functionality of a new system – the .Net environment and advances in programming technologies have changed the ballpark – what functionality should a truly integrated accounting and ERP solution actually have. 

Then came the order processing – sales and purchase – linked into your sales and purchase ledger.  Your suppliers and customers need to be genuine multi-currency with a proper revaluation method and the ability to allocate, unallocated and properly value receipts and payments in all currencies. 

The stock control module was designed for the new generation of front end web applications – each stock item able to have a picture or series of pictures designed to automatically update your e-commerce pages ;  to buy and sell your products in any currency with price lists able to automatically adjust to these currencies when required.  Warehouses can be both physical and virtual (factored) with a full audit of every stock movement in and out, all tied back to original documentation at the click of a mouse ... and stock has features that real life dictates – flexible stock matrices that cope with style, size and colour; manufactured items have assemblies from components with works orders.

Tracking of information across all modules is taken to new heights ... for example, you can see every customer receipt for a particular customer instantly at a click of a mouse ... and see the nominal postings that were generated (including currency gains/losses) by drilling down on that transaction.

The Banking (Cash Book) module was added with its support for proper multi-currency with a full Payroll and HR System adding to basic functionality.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is now considered key for most businesses when considering how to get the most from technology.  The Interprise CRM module allows you to import your data lists and third party mailing lists into its leads database.  These leads may then become prospects who’s opportunities can be measured and reported upon, or form part of a campaign.  Hopefully, many will then become customers.  This CRM system is fully integrated into the E-Commerce system which means customers from any location in the world can be automatically added as orders are processed on your E-Commerce web site.

The addition of an E-Commerce system has become an important sales outlet for many businesses, whether they are selling domestically or internationally, to retail customers or business to business.  However, few systems in the world have an integrated E-Commerce module.  From the start Interprise was designed to have full e-commerce functionality.  The stock system is designed so that by simply clicking an item you can add it to the web site or take it away.  All orders automatically populate the customers database and place the order in SOP for further processing – all automatically and with no user intervention.  Customers with special discount automatically have these calculated as they process their orders through the e-commerce web site front end.
