The customer module covers the functions and features associated with the Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Invoicing and Sales Order Processing.
Everything you would expect from a traditional accounting system is there, a sales ledger where you can see all the transactions against customers and run debt ageing, an order processing system that handles stock, non-stock items and free text entry and all the usual documentation options you would expect with complete design flexibility – Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Picking Lists, Invoices and so on.
Interprise stands out in its functionality because they have been able to start the design process with a clean sheet – they have not had to twist and weave the new system around the restriction of maintaining feature compatibility with legacy systems; and so you can have proper multi-currency support for pricing and costing; you can add additional documentation options and ‘slot in’ documentation types for shipping and export; you can add recurring entries for order processing to accommodate regular monthly orders (like support charges or rental charges).
The modules are all designed to show the complete history of all transaction types – so if you look at the history of all invoices you just select the customer and it shows you a list of every invoice ever sent to that customer, allowing you to further narrow the list. View the invoice at the click of a mouse and re-print or e-mail the document immediately – intelligent, simple and intuitive.
All documents or reports can, as you would expect, be printed or put onto a PDF, e-mailed automatically or exported in a number of file formats.

Being a system developed to the latest .NET standards brings with it advantages of integration. Interprise is fully integrated into its E-Commerce environment allowing new customer orders to create the customer account and put the order on the order processing system automatically – existing customers can have special prices which are recognised by the web site e-commerce.
