The Interprise Modules bolt onto the common environment manager knows as the System Manager. This allows you to manage system wide variables, like shipping methods, department names and analysis codes for example. You can also view and print various security audit trails as well as providing a centralised security manager.

User roles are defined, like warehouse user, accounts user, accounts manager and so on. Individual users are then given a role – in this way you don’t have to set up security permissions and menu functions for all users individually – just group them into roles; this allows users to swap or be promoted to roles at the click of a mouse.

The result is ease of use, rapid setup and deployment and intuitive operation.
