No matter what your business, you may receive a visit from HMRC Employer Compliance team at any time, where tax codes, deductions, thresholds and the rest of your payroll are reviewed.  If you use Sage Payroll v12, you can automatically generate a password-protected file containing all the payroll data needed, saving you considerable time and effort.


HMRC Accreditation
HMRC Accreditation means that the product is up to date and covers all essential calculations of tax, National Insurance and all statutory payments.


Submissions/HMRC Secure Mailbox
This feature allows you to submit your year end returns electronically.

In-Year Submissions/HMRC Secure Mailbox
This feature allows you to send and receive day-to-day Payroll administration to and from HMRC. This is a secure mailbox that can only be accessed by HMRC and yourself. Amendments received from HMRC can be applied directly to employee records without having to key the information such as tax code changes, P46, etc.

Sage Payroll - Internet Submissions

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is continuing to introduce changes to improve the way employers submit information and payments.  By 2010, it will become mandatory for all employers to submit their Payroll Year End P14 and P35 information electronically.  Sage Payroll is one of the few solutions that supports year end and in-year submissions, as well as the receipt of information from HMRC.
